Prevent Tyre Troubles
About one month ago, on a busy Monday morning, I received a frantic call from my friend's wife. My friend had met with a near-fatal accident on a highway. The cause was a tyre-blowout. The car went out of control and over-turned. Fortunately, there was little traffic on the road that day and a PCR van was in close range to act swiftly and lead my friend to safety. Like him, there are many other people who are victims of tyre troubles… tyre blowouts being one of the most extreme

Safety First!
Tyres are the only point of vehicle's contact with the road surface. Neglecting your tyres squarely means endangering not only yourself and your passengers but also other road users. We recommend that you check the condition of your tyres regularly.

Wheel Alignment
The tyre shows wear and tear signs on the inner and outer edges if it is under inflated. Middle surface wearing is caused due to over inflation. Improper wheel alignment or a faulty suspension causes uneven surface wear and tear of the tyres. It is important to have the vehicle examined by a professional garage.

TyrePressure
A tyre can be under inflated without looking flat. To be safe, you should check the tyre pressure once a fortnight. The tyre pressures should be taken when the tyres are cold. Wrong tyre pressure will increase tyre wear and will impede your vehicle handling, in cases making it unstable. Make sure that the tyres have valve caps. These prevent air leakage and dirt and other particles from entering the valve pin area.
Properly inflated tyres not only offer the greatest security but can also improve on fuel economy.
